Refund Policy

Purchases on the ondacalabra.com website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason.

Conditions of the right of withdrawal:

• the purchased item must be substantially intact

• the right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or by persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties.

• Shipping costs will be charged to the customer

• the goods, upon arrival at the warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend maximum attention when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and return the goods within a further 10 days.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Send an email to ondacalabraitalia@gmail.com declaring that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal by indicating the following data:

1) order number and date

2) invoice number

3) for which products is the withdrawal requested (indicate the SKU code)

4) indicate your bank details (IBAN code)

After sending the email, the Customer must wait for a communication from our Customer Service that authorizes the return containing all the instructions for the return. From receiving the email, the customer will have an additional 14 days to send the goods back.

Refund times:

The Customer will be refunded within 14 working days from receipt of the goods for the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. In accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, shipping costs will not be refunded.
